About the role
We’re seeking a full-time Client Relationship Specilist to join our Commercial team. This role is about building trusted relationships with our clients, delivering seamless service, and supporting the growth of Tunstall’s key strategic accounts.
You’ll be the main point of contact for key strategic accounts, ensuring their needs are understood, their expectations are exceeded, and their experience with Tunstall is exceptional. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll help coordinate contracts, service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives that make a meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring high standards of service and responsiveness
- Support the Senior Key Account Manager with account reviews, proposals, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate contracts, pricing updates, and customer agreements
- Monitor service delivery and escalate issues to ensure client expectations are met
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and contribute insights to account planning
- Liaise with internal teams to deliver campaigns and service enhancements
- Contribute to continuous improvement and help identify new opportunities for client value
- Strengthen working relationships with procurement and operational contacts to support client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or client-facing roles
- Proven ability to build strong, long-term client relationships and manage day-to-day requirements
- Competence with CRM systems and managing client data
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Excellent organisational skills – able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- High resilience, problem-solving ability, and adaptability
- Available to travel and strengthen client partnerships across Australia and New Zealand, as required
Desirable:
- Experience in healthcare, aged care, or community care environments
- Understanding of procurement processes and service contract administration
