About the role
Reporting directly to the Head of Technology and working 26 hours per week as our Quality Coordinator, you’ll lead the development and maintenance of our Integrated Management System (IMS), manage audits, maintain certifications, and drive continuous improvement. As a stand-alone role, you’ll work closely with all departments to ensure clarity, integrity, and consistency in quality processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee compliance with ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, 27001 & NDIS
- Coordinate internal/external audits and certification renewals
- Maintain registers for audits, risks, incidents, and improvement activities
- Manage document control within SharePoint/IMS
- Analyse trends, report on KPIs, and recommend corrective actions
- Champion process improvements and risk management initiatives
What you’ll bring:
- Diploma/Bachelor in Quality, Business or similar
- 5+ years’ experience in Quality, ISO/NDIS auditing & IMS coordination
- Lead Auditor qualification (ISO 9001/NDIS/ISO27001)
- Strong collaboration, communication and change management skills
- Strategic mindset with a solutions-focused approach
- Exceptional attention to detail and self-driven to succeed
Desirable: Privacy Officer certification, experience in Aged Care/Healthcare/NDIS sectors.
