Our teams provide peace of mind to clients and their families through medical alarm services, assistive technologies and dedicated customer support.
We're currently recruiting multiple Customer Service Consultants to join our team in Eagle Farm. With several opportunities available, we welcome applications from candidates seeking either part-time (30.4 hours p/w) or full-time employment. Hours and working arrangements will be discussed with successful candidates based on business requirements and individual availability, however there is no weekend or evening work.

About the Role
As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll be an important point of contact for clients, families and service providers, helping to deliver exceptional service and support.
Key responsibilities include:
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
Assisting clients with product and service enquiries
Processing installations of new medical alarm units and connected devices
Managing inbound enquiries from new and existing clients
Providing first-level troubleshooting and support for alarm devices
Recommending suitable products and explaining how they work
Maintaining accurate client records and performing data entry
Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver a positive customer experience
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for people who enjoy helping others, thrive in a customer-focused environment and take pride in delivering great service. You may have experience in customer service, administration, contact centres, healthcare, retail, hospitality or other people-focused industries.
